CSP: Cervical cancer screening in Australia

Common Sense Pathology is a regular, case-based series on practical pathology for GPs. It is a joint initiative of the Royal College of Pathologists of Australasia and Australian Doctor.

Australia has had a highly successful cervical screening program for more than 20 years, with a significant reduction in the incidence and mortality from cervical cancer. This booklet examines the past, present and future of cervical cancer screening.
